Cyna is built for service firms whose work does not end when a client says yes — digital and creative agencies, dev shops and software consultancies, marketing teams, accountants, and lawyers. Where proposal tools (Qwilr, PandaDoc, Proposify) stop at "accepted" and billing tools (Ignition, Cone, Anchor) stop at "paid", Cyna carries the engagement past the signature into delivery. That is its reason to exist: acceptance is the starting gun, not the finish line.

## The three layers

- Propose: AI drafts client-ready proposals in the firm's own writing voice (not generic AI text), with e-signature and multi-signatory acceptance. The voice learning gets sharper the more the firm uses it.
- Bill: deposits on acceptance, milestone invoices, and recurring/retainer billing through Stripe. Every change order requires one explicit client tap to approve — no silent pre-authorisation — with a card on file for instant processing.
- Deliver (rolling out): the engagement is built to continue past acceptance into milestone delivery, change orders, and a shared delivery brief with block-level visibility toggles (one source of truth for both the internal team and the client). Much of this layer is on the roadmap / early access; delivery-only seats are free and unlimited on Pro.
